2. About the Oil Filter:

•Good Performance in Filtration Efficiency

High efficiency filter can ch finer impurity particles than ordinary filter. Therefore, the high-efficiency filter can slow down the wear and cylinder pulling caused by impurities entering the engine system. The following photos show the amount of dirt intercepted and filtered by the torch filter and the general filter after the formation of 5km.

•Better Filter Paper Quality

All filter papers look the same to the naked eye, but the micrograph can let you see the differences between different filter papers. For inferior filter paper, they can only intercept coarse particle impurities, but will let fine particle impurities enter your engine system and damage the service life of your engine system.

•More closely bonded Between Filter Paper and End Cap

The poor sealing performance of the inferior filter will cause impurities to slip into the engine system of our car from the bonding between the filter paper and the end cover, which is the result of the filter losing its filtering function and thus unable to protect the relevant parts in our engine system.

•Less Metal Burrs

If burrs or small metal impurities exist in the inner side of the general filter housing, they can directly enter the engine system without any obstruction, causing damage and wear to the precision components of the engine.

•Stronger Assembly Bite

If the seal ring seat of the filter is not strong enough at the bite of the housing, it will cause leakage under slightly higher pressure. The bite of our oil filter is stronger, safer and more reassuring.

•Better O-Ring Quality

Unlike the filter paper, the quality of the sealing ring cannot be measured with the naked eye. The sealing ring directly affects the filtering effect of the filter. The seal ring produced with wrong composition or poor program control system may lead to leakage and engine failure. The sealing ring of our company is made of appropriate materials and processed through strict control procedures, ensuring the function and quality of the filter.
